Display a sound microphone volume visualization bar on stream?

Is it possible to display a visualization volume bar on stream, which goes up and down depending on the sound volume going into the microphone? (Just like the one in the settings). Would it be possible to select how the graphic for this volume visualization looks like and how it is oriented? Thanks for any suggestion.

You can use Voicemeeter to visualize the audio source and then capture an area of Voicemeter's window. You can't customize the graphic, but it looks nice as it is.
