Discord lagging when game charging while streaming by OBS

Hello,

I don't know if I need to post that problem on OBS or Discord forums by I have a big problem.

Recently, when I wanted to play R6 with my friends on DIscord, I stream my games on Twitch with OBS but from a unknown reson, Discord lagguing, cut the sound, the sound is shifted and I need to disconnect and reconnect after every round to resolve the problem (and sometimes the problem is not resolved).
You'll certainly say "It's your CPU, he is too weak for streaming" but no ! This problem has spawned instantly, before that I can I could stream R6 easily with OBS and Discord ! I've tried to edit some settings in OBS and R6 to decreased the impact of these programs on the CPU but nothing changed !
And then, today I wanted stream Rocket League with friends on Discord too but I've have the same problem !

Do you have an idea ?

PS : I'm not english, I'm french, my english is maybe really bad

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
