Discord has laggy sound when streaming in OBS , Dual PC setup

New Member
Been using both OBS and discord on my pc's for a while without any issues, all of a sudden Discord has started lagging with the sound of party in VC chat
some times its fine for a while at the start but then it starts and it will keep doing it.
Dual PC setup, Stream PC running Discord and OBS,
Have tried using Discord on Gaming PC, chat still sounds laggy,
Internet is high speed low latency connection
