Disconnection issues

Yes this is another one of these threads

Greetings,

as the title implies, I have severe disconnection issues when streaming via OBS.

I've tried pretty much everything in this thread bar changing hardware but since my computer is a laptop you might understand why I am kind of reluctant to go that route.
I've tried streaming via another computer connected to the same network and it works just fine.
I also tried some port forwarding even though I was told it wouldn't probably solve anything.
And as a last resort, I even restored my laptop to factory settings, and installed OBS and nothing more than the visual C++ library needed to make it run.

It seems like when I'm not streaming for a few hours, I get disconnected like two minutes after starting, but when I'm trying to reconnect right after a failed attempt it disconnects me very quickly, so maybe this has to do with a bandwidth limitation perhaps?

I don't know if someone can bring me a better answer than "just change hardware" because I want to avoid that as much as possible but I'm grateful for any help that you guys might provide.

Have you used Windows Task Manager (Performance Tab) and/or Resource monitor to check computer hardware utilization and identify any bottlenecks?

Running OBS as Admin is ONLY advisable if you are having some scheduling /priority contention issues, other bad idea
take a look at the log yourself, plenty that is understandable even to a lay person ;^)
most obvious
16:03:57.831: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 359 (26.2%)
....snip....
16:04:58.353: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 707 (48.2%)

so either your upload bandwidth isn't what you think it is, something else is using that bandwidth, or you have an upstream bottleneck (some countries/ISP worse than others)
