Disconnection Issue

Hello, I'm posting in here in order to try and resolve my stream disconnection issue. After months of streaming with zero issues, I recently began disconnecting very frequently during every live stream on Twitch. I already contacted my ISP twice and had them replace cables and modem. I even had a friend of mine who works as a high-level technician for my ISP monitor my network while test-streaming and report that my Internet connection during my disconnects was perfect. I am sure it is not my Internet. I've gone down the entire list of troubleshooting tips for OBS, changed every setting. The problem still persists. My OBS log file shows a series of "obs-browser: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined..." messages every time before my frames drop and I my connection aborts due to "FD_CLOSE, error 10053". this is very frustrating as it seems to have begun happening out-of-the-blue after months of perfect streaming. I'm using Windows 10, Hardware encoder and my bitrate is set to 3000. Multiple Speed Tests show I have a 22mbps upload speed, which is very stable according to my friend who monitored my network. Can anybody tell me what this activity in my OBS log means? I'm out of ideas on how to fix this. (Log file attached)
