Disconnection druing facebook stream

Obs disconnects and reconnects every 10/15 minutes even tough my connection is completely fine, the upload is relatively good, same goes for the ping and the pc is connected to the router via ethernet cable.
In the facebook log this error appears: "the connection might be duplicated, another encrypter (decrypter? I'm translating here so this word might be wrong) is using the same key"

Sorry for my English, it's not my first language.

Edit: here's the log file

Are you using a Facebook Persistent stream key? if yes, realize that is NOT a good security practice
Win10 is out of date
You have audio devices at 2 different sampling rates - you should fix that

real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding.
That is a REAL low-end CPU, optimized for battery life, not the computationally demanding task of real-time video encoding.
I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc) utilization to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings [Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor]

Assuming the CPU is maxed out, I'd start by backing of the color filters (but others who know a LOT more than I may advise otherwise.. in which case listen to them

From you log
17:48:04.577: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1985 (7.7%)
17:48:04.577: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 409 (1.6%)

Upload bandwidth needs to be consistent, low jitter, which most people don't test for... so hopefully it is ok as you say, and those stalls actually caused by under-powered PC. are you sure NOTHING else is using that upload bandwidth (including background processes on the streaming PC)?
