Question / Help Disconnecting issues

Hi! I've been using OBS for a while and it's been going smooth until like a few months back. Now whenever I stream, at some point (after maybe 10-20 mins), I'll disconnect from everything (the game i'm playing, discord, etc.) and OBS as well, after a min or so I'll reconnect again. It's extremely frustrating and I don't really know what's causing it. I've tried doing a bandwidth test but it always suggest the server I'm already on. I've tried lowering the bitrate to 1500 but it doesn't make a different. I'm not really sure what else I can be doing.

There's the log: https://obsproject.com/logs/6Xm28bXCZqgu5aac

22:47:33.145: TwitchAuth::GetChannelInfo: Failed to get text from remote: Operation timed out after 13281 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

23:03:20.695: RTMPSockBuf_Fill, remote host closed connection

It doesn't look like this is an insufficient bandwidth issue, although having any frames dropped at a low bitrate like 2000 is not encouraging.

23:02:45.546: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 500 (1.8%)

The issue is either with your local network or your internet service provider. The first error suggests that OBS is timing out even attempting to log into Twitch.
