Disabling the "YouTube Live Control Panel"

I've been experimenting with profiles to see if they'd make my life any easier, but every time I change profiles, the YouTube Live Control Panel pops up on the right-hand side of the screen. I'm recording; I have no interest in streaming. Is there any possible way to remove/disable this screen permanently? Yes, I can close it from the Docks drop-down, but I think that this really shouldn't be required after the first time past!

I agree I am streaming but do not want this dock loaded everytime I change the profiile. I know I can go to docks and uncheck it but the minute I switch a profile the *)*_*) thing shows up again and I don't want it. If you uncheck this box it should stay unchecked. seems to be a problem with just this dock. Other ones do not auto check themselves when I change to a different profile.

The same thing. A disgusting and careless update! We need to look for where the previous version was posted and roll back.

For your information, I was struggling with the same problem and I noticed that, I under Settings -> Stream, in the Service voice, you select "Custom" instead of Youtube, the dock isn't showing anymore by default!
