disable stream mode from asking for key

i only wish to record from second screen, w10 amd pc, never stream
but everytime i try to start recording it wants me to set up streaming with a non existent key

I think you are probably either pressing the start streaming button or a hotkey that is set to trigger that. "Start recording" does not require any sort of stream key.
