Disable source pop-up during recording

Hi,

I'm new to the OBS software and am wondering if it's possible to remove the source pop-up during the recording of a stream.
I'm trying to digitize some old VHS tapes, so I bought a HDMI capture device to record the stream together with the OBS software.
The recording is going well but sometimes it's showing the source/input/output window in the middle of the video (maybe a temporary signal loss or so, it's an old VHS player and cassette).

Is there a possbility to hide that popup window in the screen recording (also see the screenshot, so you know what I'm talking about)?

Thx!

Best regards

This seems to be generated by the capture device. It is merged with the video data by the capture device and seen by OBS as regular video content. Picture data "behind" that popup doesn't exist in the video, so it cannot be just removed.
Look into the configuration of the capture device and see if you can silence that kind of output, however I doubt there is any functionality for this.

Ah, right! Didn't think about that, yeah, it's probably generated by the capture device.
Thanks for the help!
