Question / Help Disable GPU while in preview mode

I am looking for a specific custom muxer command that disables GPU encoding while in preview mode using OBS Studio. I used to have it saved but I deleted it and don't remember it and I cannot find custom muxer commands listed anywhere.

I have a two PC streaming set-up and I cloned my gaming monitor to the capture card and use a preview of OBS studio which my streaming PC then captures and takes over all the hard work of encoding etc. but the preview mode still causes me to lose about 10-15 FPS on my gaming PC.

The GPU usage is also present if you deactivate the preview. Which is a real disappointment and makes my capture card unusable with OBS.
A real disappointment, because OBS is the only DirectShow Capture Software I know of which can encode with NVEnc.. Let alone multiaudio and global hotkeys..

It really sucks, since I use OBS preview to manage to stream at 720p 60fps while gaming on a 2k 144hz monitor.

Due to video connection limitations, I can't take full advantage of the PCI-E capture card I use, since it supports at most 1080p at 60 fps. The OBS preview workaround is the only way I've found to make it somewhat work, since cloning monitors and other solutions failed, and limited my gaming experience, hindering the resolution, refresh rate or severely impacting my hardware performance.

So disabling hardware usage on the OBS preview is a must if I want to have the best gaming/streaming experience. I play FPS competitvely, so frame rates and input lag is precious, even when streaming...
