Question / Help Disable Audio Output on Capture Devices?

I have 3 capture cards... but I don't capture audio through any of them. Instead I use a physical mixer.

Unfortunately, when I add the devices to my sources list, it still lists the audio controls of each of the 3 capture cards. Is there a way I can tell OBS to not capture audio from my capture cards and remove them from the mixer list?

In fact, I would like to remove "Desktop Audio" from the mixer as well...

Worst case, is there a way to re-arrange the audio list so Mic/Aux is on top?

Does the Desktop Audio not go away if you disable it in the audio settings? It should vanish, and as far as I've seen so far, that moves the Mic/Aux to the top of the audio list (since it's typically right below Desktop).

Okay, but what about the rest of them?
