Question / Help DirectX preblem when installing OBS

When I try to install the OBS (OBS-Studio-19.0.2-Full-Installer.exe), i directly got the following error message:

But the issue is, I got the newest version of Directx.

I even tried to click on "Yes" on the error message above but then the process stuck on "initialization"and nothing happens.

Can anybody imagine what the problem is and how I can solve it?

Download & run the DirectX Web Installer from http://obsproject.com/go/dxwebsetup

If the web installer won't work, try the DirectX Dependency Fixer from http://obsproject.com/forum/resources/directx-dependency-fixer-dxfix.87/
