direction timer not visible on screen

Hello everyone, curious request.

I've been streaming live youtube for years now and finally, after a while, I activated monetization.

Having said that, today Yuotube gives the possibility of being able to insert commercial spots even within the live show for those who see it later on deferred.

At present during my live, I launch a scene at approximately regular intervals, with logo and black, in order to be able to insert the commercial as it happens on TV.

However many times I forget to do this when caught in an argument, delaying the launch several times, or throwing the scene a few times.

So I was wondering if there was a plugin with timer, which should not be visible on the screen, but which can only see me in the control room.

Example: set with a 13-minute countdown that when it reaches 0 flashes red on the directorial preview, or within the OBS program, which resets and restarts with the combination of keys with which I launch the scene of the logos. from 13 minutes.

I know, it's a strange request, but one I find useful.

I repeat, it should not be seen on the screen for those who observe the live, but be a note for me that I have to broadcast the commercial.

I thank anyone who has some advice to give me about it

Good evening everybody ;-)

I use a StreamDeck with several of BarRaider's plugins. One of them is a configurable countdown timer for reminders, that switches to flashing a color when you are over-time. It's pretty handy; even if it's not OBS itself, most content creators by this point have at least one StreamDeck though.

Thank you very much for your reply, you have been very kind.

Now I'll try to take a look at that plugin to understand what it is, if I can find and install it.

however, is it necessarily necessary to use the StreamDeck or can the plug in work on its own, according to your experience?

Thanks so much

I understand, I was hoping it could work as a standalone software, and right now I can't afford any more purchases for my streaming station. Then the Streamdeck would not exploit it much, since I already use the key combinations to switch from one scene to the other of the live, and already with those I would have the same functions of the Streamdeck that I would not exploit.

Thank you for your reply, you have been very kind.

In case you come up with anything else, get back to it ;-)
