Question / Help direct audio monitoring from OBS - phones etc?

Hi All

quite new to OBS. I have Apple MainStage and am playing VST soft synths live into OBS - OBS is picking up the audi signal fine after I run it through iShowU audi interface software and route the channels appropriately. I cannot hear what I am doing though! Can I monitor a separate audio feed via OBS?

you will need to set, under advanced audio properties the iShowU source to be Monitor and Output
