hey i had a huge problem with clipping errors and other USB disconnects with my logitech c930e webcam.everytime i change it to direct 3d 11 i have 2-5fps at my webcam and usb errors?! I had a post a few month's ago. The Problem is Direct 3d11. Under OpenGL it works fine. The only way to fix it was to use OpenGL. No i have huge performance problems under openGL for example when i play witcher 3 i've ingame full 60 fps. But under OpenGL in OBS Studio the frames broke to 15-20. Im streaming with 30 fps in some situations it works fine. Any solutions to improve opengl performance or become direct 3d 11 to work?

You're not explaining the issue very well. You're going to need to be far more specific than "huge problems"

Can you provide logs from both OpenGL renderer and Direct3D 11 renderer?

Yes here are the 2 logs named for renderer (opengl/direct3d11) EDIT: Thats was my RECording profile not my streaming profile, but the problem is the same. I just see it after i upload the logs, i can upload logs of the other (streaming) profile if is needed. But the problem is still the same in every profile.

Those still have no stream/recording attempts in them. Try and get clean log files:

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

For testing here, can you make a new scene collection that has only the webcam added? Your current scenes are very messy, so it's going to be very hard to say what's going on.

To make a new scene collection, click the Scene Collection menu at the top of the main OBS window, and select New. Name it Test or something similar, and then add the webcam and see if you have the same issues.

Yes i tried it already, the problem is already there when i just enable my cam under fresh&new settings. Completly changed scences/profiles.

You tried with a new Scene COLLECTION? Not just a new scene?

I'm going though these logs, and nothing jumps out. I'm not sure how the renderer could have any impact on a USB webcam, though. Maybe try lowering the resolution on the camera to 720p and see if it's more stable?

Yes i tried other resolutions but the same error on every resolution :(. I Think its something with my graphic card, its a brand new board and cpu is also very new. And i tried a new collection aswell a brand new obs installation with no settings

Hi.

Can you post a new logfile running OBS in D3D11 with profiler results included? Start OBS, run a recording with the game in question, stop recording, restart OBS, and upload last log file.
