Different Task Bar Icon for Recording, Streaming, & Replay Buffer?

I'm looking to replace Shadowplay with OBS, however I want to kind of replicate what Shadowplay had with the little icon in the bottom right, but with the task bar, is there a way I can change the color of the red circle next to the OBS logo in the task bar depending on if I'm Recording, Streaming, or have the Replay Buffer on?
