Question / Help Different resolutions for different scenes

I'm looking to record one scene at full screen and a different one at a smaller size. This smaller one is of a different aspect ratio so dragging to scale the window wouldn't work.

My question is, is there a simple way to tell each scene to take a certain resolution without going in to video settings every time I switch?

That is not possible. You can not change the video resolution while streaming or recording. If you need different resolutions and want to switch without editing the settings, then create 2 profiles and switch between profiles.

Do you mean your captures are smaller than your canvas like in the picture provided?
