One thing that will be extremely helpful for YouTubers and Streamers especially.
Streaming and Recording at once with different framerate. Example:
Streaming on Twitch 720p 30fps (1280x720 / 30fps / Bitrate: 2800kbps ~ 3500kbps) and recording gameplay or other things on file - 1080p 60fps (1920x1080 / 60fps / 30,000kbps ~ 50,000kbps).
Now (In current version of OBS Studio) it's possible to Stream for example in HD 720p and Record in Full HD 1080p
This is enough for awesome things, like Streaming non partnered on Twitch (720p) and upload the Stream to YouTube in 1080p 30mbps ~ 50mbps with great quality.
But if there was function to Stream and Record with different Framerates - Will be incredible.
For Example - You can rescale the Resolution from "Video" and from "Output > Streaming" (To Stream and Record in different resolutions), but why there is no option for changing down the Framerate (Like from 60 to 30) in this section or somewere?
