Different FPS Capturing then Streaming option

Hi i would love to see a Feature where i can Stream in 30 FPS and Local Record at 60 FPS at the same time. Xsplit can do this. So i know its nothing what is impossible.

It isn't? Because you kind of get the option to do this by setting bitrates at the different tabs. It just doesn't work atm. I came here to research this problem and when I see your comment I figured it isn't very clear than you're not supposed to do this.
