I am trying to set up OBS with two Microsoft Lifecam Studio webcams. When I try to add them as sources, they come through in 640x480, even though they are 1080P cameras. My canvas size is set to 1920x1080. If I try to change the resolution on the cameras manually, they don't work at all.
Also, I can only have one connected at a time. Even though they both appear in the drop down box (with identical names), if one is connect and working, the other one will not show up at all. Could this be due to a name conflict, since they have identical names? Is there any workaround for this?
