Hi,
I'm currently trying out OBS and I like it so far. I've got a little issue though. I record my desktop at 1080p60 using the NVENC Encoder (uses much less CPU and the videos are smoother for me). However, the actual bitrate of the finished file (MP4) is always different/lower than the bitrate I entered in the settings despite rate control on constant bitrate (also tried to disable Two Pass but it didn't fix it). It only happens when I'm using the NVENC Encoder, on x264 the bitrates always match. When I set the bitrate to 50 mbps (and applied of course) the file's bitrate was 35 mbps, when I set it to 70 mbps it was 50 mbps, when I set it to 90 mbps it was 58 mbps. Does anyone know what to do? I'd really appreciate any answer.
