Different Audiosources allways at the same Level

Hello Everyone,
Im from an Commounity which is Hosting an "Tournament" at the moment and we have build up a restream from 20Streams -> 4 Streams ->1 Stream -> To the Caster.
If everything is mixed perfectly with everyone, this method worked for us pretty good.

But now we have a lot of different new streamers each tournament comming to us, and we aint got the time to match everything perfectly.
Now we are searching a Tool or Plugin or any Function which can help us bringing the volume from the Streams all on one level, so the Main Caster and the Head Streamer doesnt need to adjust every level on each source while streaming/casting.

I thought about the Gain filter in OBS. Like putting everything really loud, and then reducing the volume again with a Limiter.
I havent found any possibility to automize it without loosing audio quality.

Does anybody have a spare tip for us to get this running?

Best regards

What you would want is an automatic normalizer VST. Which generally don't work very well. You can try the LoudMAX VST, but it tends to lead to poor audio quality with poor input feeds... as the saying goes, garbage in, garbage out.

Unfortunately, running boosted Gain will just cause people who are sending strong/proper levels to then clip; using a Compressor after clipping is not going to fix the damage that will be done.

A better option is to require each streamer to send at a specific volume level as part of the requirements for being in the tournament. Fix the problem at the source.
