different audio bitrate for streaming and recording - is it possible?

Youtube recommends audio bitrate for stereo stream 128 kbps. I would like to use higher audio bitrate for local recording during liverstream.
Is it possible? What does OBS actually do when I set audio bitrate to 360 kbps for youtube stream? OBS objects saying that this bitrate is "not supported by the service". What actually happens if I proceed using 360 kbps? Anyone can help clarifying these things?

You can ignore pretty much anything youtube recommends. Set it to whatever you want, youtube will reencode it anyway.
