Question / Help Diff in Quality Between MP4, FLV, and MK4

I got stung whereas OBS would not stop recording after clicking the stop recording button. The button just just stuck and never stopped. What's the quality difference if any if I switch to FLV or MK4? I ultimately want these in an mp4 format so just checking, I'll need to convert the FLV or MK4, just want to be sure I get the same quality no matter which I use.

There is no difference in quality because they are just containers. The video will be the same. We recommend FLV or MKV so that if the recording is interrupted it can be recovered. File -> Remux Recordings will then turn them into MP4.
