Diconnection(twitch)/lag/freezes after update

What devs have done here?!
After the update im having multiples problems here
When im able to start streaming it lags/freezes/drop frames and i get disconnected a few seconds later
Tried many regions cuz after some connections it refuses to connect and tells me that i should configure a streaming service..

try to make a new profile an put in your complete stream key and server and test

did you can post an obs log ?
