Question / Help Devices not showing up

I did auto configure through most of obs but when I try to add my webcam, obs fails to recognize the device. It's plugged in, I ran as admin, I am new to most of this so the solution is probably easy, I just can't figure it out.

Realtek High Definition Audio?
It's some kind of Logitech camera but I'm not sure on the exact name of it.

To be more specific, I click on the devices button but it doesn't have any selections, not my monitor, not my webcam, not any usbs I have plugged in, nothing!

Your monitor won't be in the video capture device list. ONLY webcams and capture cards will.

Do you have any idea how to put the webcam into that list or anything I can do to try and get my webcam into showing up in devices?

If it's not showing up in the list while plugged in, generally speaking you're dealing with antivirus interference.

I tried turning off my antivirus and checked it and restarted obs and the cam still doesn't show up ;(

What antivirus do you have?
Have you figured out exactly which webcam it is?

I have avast and I'll try and get the specifics for my webcam, it was a gift quite a while back.

Avast has webcam protection functions. Turn them off.

I have the free version so when I go to the webcam or privacy section, it just tells me to upgrade people for spying on me.

Also, when turning off avast, no difference was made in trying to select devices.

That version of OBS (the 0.659b one) is not supported anymore.

Alright, same problem, for some reason it put me in an old version of obs. https://hastebin.com/enamewobek

Try with avast temporarily uninstalled.

I don't think that will help, I already disabled it and I can't imagine uninstalling it will help
