Question / Help device used to connect the camcorder to the computer

from the camcorder connected to the computer, use the device to get the best image to stream

You need a capture card - search on on Amazon will give you a few :-) You need to check two things on your camcorder, firstly it'll need an HDMI output or something your can convert to HDMI as most capture cards use HDMI. You'll also need to check that the video signal is instant, for my camcorder which is quite old now the image is not instant and so the captured image appears several seconds behind.

Thank you Adrian Schofield! I'm using a laptop, I do not know which device connectivity from camcorder to a laptop, If you know, you introduce me some specific equipment

Try looking on Elgato's web site any of these devices should work with your laptop, double check USB 2 or USB 3 support https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming

Other manufacturers are AverMedia, Razer, Roxio and Hauppauge at the relatively cheap consumer end of things.
