Device Remove/Reset!

Hi, I have a very basic understanding of OBS but use it regularly purely for the virtual cam which is providing a camera for our MS Teams meetings. We had a problem yesterday where OBS seemed to have froze or crashed with the line " Device Remove/Reset! "

I've got the full log leading up to the problem and below is from the point where we started the virtual camera. The "shutting down" at the end was us restarting OBS.

Any thoughts or pointers would be really appreciated and keep up the excellent work.

Thanks - Matthew
