Question / Help Device Removal From List

In the attached pic some devices I no longer use are showing in the Device List.
How can I remove them from the list because some are duplicates of devices I re-installed, like the webcams, and when starting OBS sometimes it defaults to the no longer installed device.

I no longer use Xsplit.
I only use ONE C-920 not two like I once did.
The pic shows one C-920 but on occasion it show two in the list and I have to re-select the current one.

You need to clean up the device drivers in order to get the devices out of that list.

https://www.faqforge.com/windows/uninstall-usb-drivers-on-windows-7/ is one thing you can do for your cameras.
But the xsplit device needs to be removed by uninstalling their software.

Reboot the computer after you're done.

Just an update...
I removed all the unused device drivers, there were dozens of them for all different things.
Anyway, I found it best to unplug the devices first, then run the removal tool and finally re-plug in the devices, cams etc..

I think a lot of these duplicate device drivers are from when you p[lug the device into a different USB port and then the device gets installed on that port leaving the old device driver which then confuses the software...

Anyway, it worked out fine and thanks for the suggestion..
