Device capture goes blank when Windows prompts for user password

I am trying to record some training videos and part of the process will require the user to enter their password. How do I stop the OBS device recording blanking during this process?
I need the users to see the prompt so they know what is required.
Is their a privacy setting that needs to be changed?

This is a Windows setting to prevent apps from being able to spy on the password dialog. Search UAC in settings and set it to "do not dim my desktop".
