Question / Help Despite Driver Update, OBS Still Fails On Output

He all. As the subject header describes, despite updating my 840M NVIDIA card driver, I'm still running into the same problems where I cannot stream. Now, I do have a laptop, and have heard that may be the cause, but I wanted to get a second opinion on this. Here is the help log:
