Desperately need help!

Hi everyone

I've been using OBS for several years to record online lesson taught via Zoom, after the recent updates I'm now having problems with playback after the lesson has been recorded. Until recently I've never had a problem and have recording lessons for over 2 years.

The playback quality is lagging, jumping and doesn't sync to the sound!!

Can anyone help a complete technical beginner?

1. you ignored the pinned post in this forum regarding posting an OBS Studio log.. don't ignore that step
2. I always start with the basics... what is the issue... the Recording (file) or your system in playback?
Have you tried watching the Recording on another system? to confirm whether issue within Recording file, or your system?

Some OBS Studio defaults may have changed, and maybe you are recording at a higher resolution than your system can sustain? Or maybe you are doing more background processing than you used to (intentionally or otherwise) and are now overloading your systems during the Record process? or maybe some Operating System or Zoom changes now consume more resources (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc) pushing your system into overload

What are you doing for real-time hardware resource utilization monitoring while Recording?
