Bug Report Desktop sound bug (FR/EN)

Bonjour j'ai un bug bizarre obs studio entend trés bien mon micro pas contre il n'entend pas le son de mon pc (music sur spotify, vidéo..) j'ai ré-installer le logiciel et quand je les démarrer tout refonctionner mais quand je les fermer et ré-ouvere le bug a recommencer. je comprend pas d'out viens le bug je suis sur double écran brancher en HDMI (peut ètre de la) et DVI. Merci de m'aider.

Hello I have a bizarre obs studio understands very well my micro not against it does not hear the sound of my pc (music on spotify, video ..) I re-install the software and when I start them all work again But when I close them and re-open the bug again. I do not understand from out come the bug I am on dual screen plug in HDMI (may be of the) and DVI. Thank you for helping me.
