Question / Help Desktop/Game Audio Not Being Recorded

My OBS isn't picking up any desktop audio or game audio and the mic is picking up audio. I'm not sure what the problem is and I don't know what to do about it, I fiddled with this a couple years ago and just started trying to use OBS again so if something is blatantly wrong I would appreciate it if someone could help me. I'm also new to this website so if the format is wrong please spare me. Thanks!

Go update your Realtek audio drivers from your computer laptop manufacturer. Your Realtek audio drivers is likely outdated, corrupted. Log entry shows OBS has initialization problems.

Waiting for device 21:38:39.539: WASAPI: Device 'Microphone (Realtek High Definition Audio)' initialized

Then, after you update the drivers, go to Windows Sound Control Panel and make sure you enable the default playback to the Realtek audio device associated to your Speakers. Also make sure your default recording device is set to your Mic.

Understand also that you are using a mobile graphics GPU. A GTX 960M is slow compared to today's standards. If you are to play PC games with it, you will need to turn down in game settings to medium, if not the lowest settings. Make sure you go to Nvidia and update the drivers for it as well with GeForce Experience software.
