Desktop Audio Recording for video games sounds horrible

I have been trying to fix this for hours. I recorded some games and through my headset (Corsair HS50) the games sounded fine but when I listen to the recording it sounds like very bad base and the sounds sort of blend in to each other and sound almost nothing like the game. I have tried everything and the problem still persist's I can't get the software to give me good audio no matter what I do.

I would prefer to use game capture but that is a blackscreen and crashes every single game.

I do not know how to upload a log file too.

Any help is appreciated.
