Question / Help desktop audio not working tried everything

I wanted to get back into streaming but now that i went and tried to set up obs again my mic is perfect and picks up everything at good volume but my background is impossible to hear without really trying i have tried to put my desktop audio at 2000% but that did not increase the volume at all for the desktop I have checked that all my audio settings are correct and tried to make new sources using every audio device i could nothing worked. but when i turn my mic/aux up to 2000% it makes me way to loud and the desktop sound, music/discord, audible but still quiet.

Post a screenshot of your Settings, Audio tab please. Your log file is no use it just says that OBS was already running

Try selecting an actual device rather than Default in Desktop Audio Device and let me know if that helps

that did not change anything i also have my volume to do nothing while the mic is in use

hey so when I play music on mine it moves but when I use my headphones or just use it without my headphones nothing happens
