I was able to successfully get my Desktop Audio to work, when it was transmitting my desk speakers, but not my Cloud II headset audio (and I did check every setting I could looking for a solution).
It turns out, I needed to run OBS as an Administrator. I'm personally not a fan of doing this, so if someone else has a better fix, I would appreciate it.
