Question / Help Desktop audio not synced with rest of stream. Frustrating.

I'm in the community chat right now but just in case it doesn't get solved there I decided I'd post here as well.

Here is a link to my log file:

https://gist.github.com/anonymous/4a88236b06b911d2e28f42016bf8f7d9

I feel like i've tried everything. I uninstalled, re-installed OBS, I updated my drivers on my GPU, I even tried to sync offset the desktop audio by -1500ms, which oddly enough synced it at first.. but after testing it out some more the desktop audio suddenly disappeared from the stream all together. I'm so frustrated right now because I want to stream but I can't.

The webcam, mic, and game captures are all fine but the desktop audio won't sync with what's showing on-screen for whatever reason.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

Revert change sync offset. (-1500 ms → 0 ms)
Right-click the gear button of "Desktop Audio" in the mixer and move to the property.
Uncheck "Use device timestamps".
Please try!
