Bug Report Desktop audio not being broadcasted

I found that after about a day of having OBS installed. I'll relaunch after booting my pc or just having the software off, that desktop audio isn't being received. My mic will pick up and have the green bars move as intended but when playing music or games the desktop audio doesn't move. I have look back at my streams and noticed that ts muted other than my voice. I have tried messing with the settings in OBS and my computers audio inputs and outputs to no change. The only thing i have found to fix it would be to uninstall OBS then reinstall into the same location. After the reinstall everything works smoothly for a day or so and then the problem returns, and I reinstall to fix it. luckily my scenes are saved between installations so nothing is really lost other than the time. its just getting annoying reinstalling OBS every few days when i know its not meant to work this way. I'm running windows 10 by the way.
