Desktop Audio isn't working

My desktop audio hasn't been working since yesterday. The bar doesn't go up in the audio mixer nor does it have the sound when recording.
Other inputs work just not Desktop Audio. I monitor and output all my sources.
As you can see in windows sound control panel it has audio but desktop doesn't and that Mic works.

Well I can hear it in recordings now. But its still not showing the bar. and I don't think its monitoring and outputting.
edit: Nevermind its not working it was just coming through my microphone. and no its not outputting into the VB-Cable
