Question / Help Desktop audio is not being captured.

So basically I've looked up a ton of different forums and youtube videos to figure this out, and none of it helped. So far what I've done is make sure that the desktop audio wasn't disabled in settings, and set to default. Secondly I made sure I was using 64bit version of OBS. Next I made sure that all my applications were turned up in my sound mixer. Then I made sure that OBS was recording the right audio track (track 1). I also even checked if there were any hotkeys disabling it. Finally I added the desktop audio output source to my monitor scene to make sure that it was recording it. None of these seemed to do anything. The green bar only was moving around for the mic/auc slot on the mixer and playing back a recording that was the only thing i could hear. I attached a log file and a picture of my computer specs if you want to look at that. I would really like some feedback... (unfortunately I don't think it let me upload any files. It just was loading forever. Welp I hope i can get a solution)
