Desktop Audio Interference

So I've been using OBS to do extremely simple streams via Facebook Live. But all of the sudden, now there's some sort of audio interference coming from desktop audio. There's no audio running, there's no audio interface connected, I've restarted the Mac, and I even installed and reinstalled the software. Suggestions?

Update: I restarted the Mac in Safe Mode and the interference was gone. Rebooted it in Normal Mode and it's back! What the heck?!?

Hello. You need to go to your preferences and turn "Desktop Audio" off.
1) Open OBS
2) At top of Menu Click on "OBS" and then "Preferences"
3)Click on "Audio"
4)Find Desktop Audio and change it to another option
