Main menu Help>Log Files>Show Log Files - find the log-file where "=== Recording Start ===" is present and attach it to your post.

If it is not moving..you don't have the correct audio device where sound is coming from choosen. You need to click on that cog wheel to the right of your desktop meter and select the correct audio device. Make sure you have it selected correctly in your "Sounds" settles as well and make sure it is the default device for your PC.

I assume that you have headphones and a separate mic.

If so...
Go to Windows sound (right click on the volume icon in the lower tray)
- Default Playback should be your headphones, not speakers. Using speakers is not advised because your mic is going to capture your speaker output and you will get horrible echo.
- Default Recording should be your mic

In OBS Audio:
- Set Sample Rate to be in sync with all your audio devices' format rate (Advanced tab, Default format)
Use the lowest common denominator of all your audio devices.
- Desktop audio should be your headphones
- Mic/Aux should be your mic

In OBS Advanced Audio Properties (right click on any wheel in the mixer):
- Mic/Aux should be set to Track 1 and Monitor and Output
- Desktop Audio should be set to Track 2 and Monitor and Output

In OBS Advanced settings:
- Set your headphones to be the audio monitoring device

You need to get a proper streaming setup. Don't use speakers for the reason I just said above.
You don't want your mic to capture whats coming out of your speakers.

Suppose I said "Hi" into the mic. "Hi" is going to flow out of the speakers.
Then what happens next?
Your mic picks "hi" up again.
On and on and on echoing and being captured by your recording and being listened to by your stream viewers.

You want to eliminate speakers entirely from a streaming and recording setup. You use your headphones to monitor all the audio output prior to being sent out. That is how to properly do it.

You may try to go to the Windows Sound properties (right click over the Window's speaker icon) for the each device you have installed and experiment with the settings (especially about exclusive control - enable/disable, and Default Format - 16/24bit, 44100Hz):
Playback devices>Properties>Advanced
Recording devices>Properties>Advanced

If you got a set of ear buds lying around, that will work. Just put the plug into the audio port on the front (or back) of your computer. The headphones should show up in Windows sound as a playback device. Right click and change it from the Ready state to Default device.

Get a good set of comfortable fitting headphones though.

Can't seem to find anything useful in the guides. They haven't really fix my audio problem yet. I can see a problem with the Desktop Audio since the two green squares next to the volume bar aren't light green, however the microphone has their green squares light green. Photo:
