Question / Help Desktop Audio Delay

Hey so i've been streaming with obs for over 4 years now and just recently for the first time ever, I've started to experience audio delay. As my stream progresses, my desktop audio lags farther and farther behind the desktop visual. I tried upgrading from OBS to OBS-Studio and the problem still exist. I've tried streaming to different services(Twitch by default) and its still there. Any ideas?

Your system has trouble keeping up with your settings:

20:43:10.206: obs_hotkey_thread(25 ms): min=24.54 ms, median=25.229 ms, max=188.324 ms, 76.6713% within ±2% of 25 ms (0% lower, 23.3287% higher)
20:43:10.207: obs_video_thread(16.6667 ms): min=10.95 ms, median=16.667 ms, max=22.385 ms, 93.5495% within ±2% of 16.667 ms (3.22109% lower, 3.22945% higher)

Try dropping your resolution to 960x540, or 30fps, and see if that helps.
