Desktop Audio Delay

So whenever I'm recording desktop applications, I'm noticing about a half a second delay on any audio that comes from said applications. I've been using OBS for over a year now and I've never had this issue, haven't changed any settings, or nothing. I've tried 5 different applications including browser windows, with the same result in every single one. Inputted audio such as microphones does seem to be up to sync however, it's only desktop audio. What's going on, and how do I fix it?

Update: This also happens through webcam as well, again the audio is about half a second behind. I've already checked to see if its the headset and I've ruled that out, since I have videos from well before the problem came up with the same headset.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

That's a log of a quick 10 second recording I did with the problem present.
