Question / Help Desktop Audio Capture Issues

I am able to capture my mic, however my desktop sounds are not capturing. They are being picked up on the mixer but once the video is reviewed there is only mic audio. In an attempt to fix this I played around alot and made new audio inputs, used VoiceMeter and tried different settings and googled a ton, nothing seemed to help. I have included a log, was playing around with different options to see if anything worked, as well as my settings. Any suggestions would be helpful.
