Desktop and Microphone audio cutting out randomly

Hello,

I just updated OBS today to OBS 30.0.0. My desktop audio and microphone audio will randomly cut out. It is not a hardware issue, as I'm able to stream over Discord with no problem. I've never had this issue before and I have no idea what the issue might be. I can't help but think the update has something to do with it.
