In your Advanced setting of the OBS Studio you are set I444 as Color Format. The best way is to switch it to the NV12 or use other encoder (software x264) if you really need 4:4:4 chroma subsampling in your videos (anyway, nobody able to see it).

ill switch to x264 because i dont need 4:4:4
Okay so i switched to x264 and im not seeing any difference in colour

Your screens are useless, because you compare different outputs and screens are made in different ways and even saved in different formats.
Make adjustment to the OBS Advanced settings as described in the guide (see link few posts above). Make sure that all of your players can play test videos from the guide correctly. Make sure that you are using same gamma (probably 2.2) and no enhancements completed to the video playback via hw overlays of any third party software (including video driver and player itself).

I already fixed it with the help of the guide (i didnt see it before) so thanks for trying
