Dell XPS 15 9500 Display Capture and Game Capture just displays black screen!

HI,

I have a brand new Dell XPS 15 9500 the Display Capture and Game Capture both show just a blank/black screen. The Window Capture works however then O?BS is only caputuring the one window and not the popup windows of my app which is what I want to do.

Can someone please help?
